Lucy Dai


Ms. Lucy is the Preschool and Pre-K Chinese music and language teacher. She has been tutoring and teaching Chinese for over ten years at several different Chinese, Montessori, and church schools. Lucy holds a master’s degree in computer science and has attended many professional teaching training programs as a way to better her teaching. Teaching is her passion and she likes to help children learn and discover how to love their world as Jesus did.

Yite Lin

Ms. Yite teaches the Toddler Class. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Master of Science in Economics and Statistics.  While in graduate school, she accepted Jesus Christ; after she was baptized she started serving in the church’s choir and children’s ministry.  After moving to Dallas in 2005, she dedicated herself to children’s ministry, hoping that in the children’s pure hearts, from the time they are young, they can hear about Jesus Christ and to know Him.  When PLC started in 2012, she was responsible for the crafts; her desire was to attract the children’s interest in learning Chinese through fun crafts.  Starting in 2014, she was responsible for the Toddler Class’ Chinese curriculum and crafts.  Currently, she is FCBC’s Toddler Sunday School Class coordinator and hopes more children can come participate in the church’s Sunday worship service.  Her husband served as deacon at church and she has two teenage sons.

YuJing Pan

Ms. Pan teaches Chinese Conversation and Crafts for the Preschool and Pre-K classes. She is very creative and resourceful. Pan took Accounting classes at University of North Texas and currently taking classes at Collin County Community College under the Infant and Toddler Educator Certificate program.

 

 

 

Chang Ling Sun

Ms. Chang Ling teaches the Toddler Class. She prays for the children in her class and takes care of them with great patience. Chang Ling worked at the Dallas Chinese Bible Church nursery for about 10 years and had a home-care for about 5 years. She was a trained preschool teacher at CCF and is currently a preschool Sunday school teacher at New Life Living Water Church.

Mun Chan

Ms. Mun is the Music & Movement teacher. Ms. Mun graduated with a Bachelors of Music at Queen’s University in Canada. She has also had many years of dance training and body awareness classes. She understands the importance for young children to use their body and voices as an expressive tool. She has taught as a Gymboree Play and Music
teacher, musiKids teacher, a preschool assistant and as the music teacher for a K-6 Christian private school in Maryland/DC/Virginia area. She is currently a stay-at-home mom of 4 and helps to lead worship on Sunday mornings and serves in the nursery at FCBC. She is happy to be teaching preschoolers music and movement; their expression of pure joy upon their little faces is very rewarding.

Joyce Lee

Ms. Joyce Lee teaches Math & Stations and Crafts for the Preschool and Pre-K classes.  She is a mother of three; her husband is an architect. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Pedagogy, and a Master’s in Childhood Education under Religious Education. Seeing children grow in their emotional, physical, mentally, spiritual and academically is her enjoyment, passion and mission. She has been serving in church children’s ministry, school teacher, home maker, and daycare since 1994. She is so excited to be part of PLC.

Angela Huang

Ms. Angela Huang is the Chapel and Math & Stations teacher for the Preschool and Pre-K classes.  Her husband is a chemical engineer and she has a five year old daughter.  She studied at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and also studied Japanese for two years in Shanghai.  Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, she worked for fifteen years in an international trading company.  She accepted Christ in 2012 and studies His Word and will continue to study with her students.  She is excited and full of passion to share God’s word with these precious children so that they can see the world through the Bible.  Her hope is that every child can walk on the right path to grow up in righteousness.

Christine Tang

 

Mrs. Christine Tang is the PLC Administrator.  She was blessed to grow up in a Christian home speaking Chinese.  She went to a Christian school from preschool through fifth grade which laid a strong foundation for her faith.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Area Studies from Duke and a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from UNT.  She is married to Enoch and they have three children.  She and her husband serve on the worship team and in Awana at FCBC.  Her two daughters attended PLC and she has seen how much they have learned.  She is excited to be part of the team to help students grow in their faith while learning Chinese and encourage parents in the journey of raising their children.
